Attention!!!

*ADVICE PLEASE*

So Wednesday we are leaving for Washington DC!!! YEAH!!! I'm so dang excited, especially since I have never been to the east coast...I know I know. But I'm slightly concerned about flying with a 91/2 month old! Any suggestions on keeping them contained for that long of a flight. I've already heard the "drug them with benedryl" thing. Which I'm seriously considering...but Please leave some comments of advise!

I'm a fanatic of So You Think You Can Dance! And I know many of you are too. Most of you probably know that this cute girl is from AZ!!! I grew up with Ashley in Young Womens in Enrose Ward! Well, she was voted off last night. I am so mad, I voted so so many times too! Way to go Ashley, you did AWESOME!!!

Nine Months...

Brody is Nine Months...

He is so dang funny! He is always cracking us up with his growling voice and his sweet laugh.

Three days ago Brody started saying "Dada," and hasn't stopped since. It is so darn cute!

He can sometimes be a little dramatic when he doesn't get something he wants...I didn't know they started that already. It's pretty awesome how much he really understands.

A couple weeks ago he got to see his cousins. It's so funny how different him and his almost one year old cousin are. From the back they look basically identical!

Last Sunday we had to lower his bed. He learned to pull himself up about a week and half ago, but he had started throwing his binkie off the side of the crib. So Sunday we decided we needed to lower it, before he threw himself off.

He Loves the vacuum. And It takes me forever to finish cleaning a room. So if you remember Brody's fascination with the laundry baskets...Whelp, I just cage him up until I finish vacuuming and he doesn't mind at all!

Elder Standage

My little Brother, Craig is on his mission in Brazil. I am so proud of him and he is doing so well! He has been out for about seven months and I can't even tell you how many people he has brought the gospel to! He is loving it! He LOVES attending the temples there, and serving the people. Like all missionaries, he is so dang poor, but with the money he does have he spends it on the people and his less fortunate companions! He is such an example to me. I need to follow his path better. Many of the senior elders went home this last month, so Craig had to step and become a trainer and senior comp. Wow, he is doing so well! and even though things haven't been going all that great lately for him...he still is being positive! I love him so much and can't wait to see the way he grows the next year and a half! Way to go Little Bro!

Summer Family Pictures!!!

Well my wonderful friends photographed our family pictures and did an AMAZING job.

Kacey over at kaceysview.blogspot.com is an awesome photographer, I highly recommend this talented girl and her sessions are so well priced!!!

So Brody started out super happy...and so did Lance....then the heat started to get to both of them. boo. Lance started sweating and telling me how much he hates getting his picture taken, then I gave him the evil eye and he pretended the rest of the time. And it wasn't so easy with Brod. He first started turning bright red and I was worried about the pictures, but Kacey reassured me about photoshop!!! haha. We had a bottle of water...lets just say we tried everything and got the best we could out of him. And looking at these pictures... Kacey is incredible!!!
