March
-Brody turned 18 months!

-Found out I miscarried and had to have a D&C...yuck.
April
-Enjoyed Spring!
-Spent Easter with my family in Mesa
-Had a family reunion in Thatcher, where Brody rode a horse for the first time.
May
-Planted a garden, and the tomatoes are the only seeds that grew.
-Found out we were pregnant with baby #2...again! And due February 13th.
June
-I have no recollection of June...and I have no pictures...how sad.
July
-Had a great 4th of July with the Jones'
August
-Went on our Annual Allred Round table Camp out up to Big Lake
-Brody lost my camera(hence the reason for no pictures in August)
September

-Brody turned 2!
-Took our trip to crazy San Francisco!
-Found out we're having another BOY and totally shocked!
October

-Threw Brody's binkies in the trash! YAY!
-Took our annual trip to Apple Annies, to pick out our Fall pumpkins
-Lance had his deer hunt...with no luck on getting our deer....meaning no jerky. Tear.
-We spent Halloween in Mesa and Brody was a cowboy.

November

-Elder Standage returned from Brazil
-Spent Thanksgiving in Thatcher with the Allred's
-went to listen to Craig report on his mission.
-Started potty training...and done in 3 days!

December

(32 weeks pregnant)
-Celebrated our 4th anniversary early, by driving out to Sonoita, having dinner, and just being together.

-Had a wonderful Christmas with my family in Mesa.
-My Brother and his wife lost their baby, Ella.

I'm sure 2011 will bring more fun memories and trials...but I'm ready for a new year!
Bring it On!

PS. Below is the post about my brother, his wife, and their sweet angel, Ella.

Baby Ella

Yesterday my brother Bret and his amazing wife Amy welcomed their baby girl Ella here, but then to have her taken back to our heavenly Father a few hours later. Thank you for all of the prayers that are being offered in Bret and Amy's behalf. Please go to Amy's sister's blog

http://greenappleimages.com/blog
to read more on their story, see a precious tribute picture and if all possible make a contribution to help this young couple pay for funeral expenses.

Thank you everyone, it's much appreciated during this tough time.

Is It Time Yet?

I've got my Christmas tree Wallflowers plugged in...

Some festive music playing...

A toasty fire roasting away...

And it's windy and chilly outside...

Don't you think I should just match it with all my Christmas decorations!

I think I shall...

Fall Fun

I can't believe how the time is flying by! I've been so excited for the holidays to get here...and they are already passing us by!
Brody is our such a little monkey, he climbs up and on everything!

We had to get a picture by my favorite tree before all the leaves turned brown and fell off.
Brody is not the greatest picture-taker. It's really hard to get him looking at the camera, and even harder smiling. So we just roll with it...as you can see he was so done!

This was when I was 25 weeks. It's going by WAY fast! And I'm sure the holidays are just going to make it go even faster!

And here is a quick video of Lance trying to teach Brody how to hit the ball. This was at the end of his little lesson, and I think they were both giving up. haha.

October 2010

Our October began with a trip to Apple Annie's!
I love going to this pumpkin patch, it's so pretty and fun!
We always have to get a picture in front of the beautiful sunflowers.

Brody exploring the sunflowers

Sitting on the pumpkins

Out to find the perfect pumpkins!

It got pretty warm, so after we picked our pumpkins, Brody rode in the wagon back.

For Halloween this year, we decided to go to Mesa and have fun with cousins! Lance had his deer hunt, so he missed out big time! This is at my parents ward Halloween party, Brody just wanted a "cone!"

Because I knew I was going to be bad at taking pictures, I wanted to get a couple before we went to Mesa...

Our little cowboy had so much fun trick-or-treating. He loved running from house to house asking for candy, and saying thank you, and then asking for more candy! I'm so grateful he had a fun time with his cousins and his aunts! As for me, I'm feeling great and 25 weeks along with this next boy! I can't believe how easy this pregnancy has been (after 16 weeks)- I probably shouldn't jinx myself. After not having any names to even think about, I looked through a list and now have 19 names to sort through. It's so hard! But I'm sure Lance will narrow that list a bunch! We had a great Halloween and are so excited for upcoming events: Elder Standage gets home in one week, Thanksgiving, and then Christmas!

San Fran

We had quite the time in San Francisco, I must say it's SO much different than Arizona...
There were SO many homeless people and street performers, on Fisherman's Wharf.

My pictures are all out of order, but this is just below Ghiradelli Square. Where we ate some delicious chocolate!

After a while we got really sick of the stinky fish smell at Fisherman's Wharf (and we love fish), but this was a place where they bring the crab and lobsters from off the ships.

Here's me at 20 weeks pregnant...yes I'm finally showing, for all those who didn't believe I was even pregnant.

Just outside of the Trolley station

Fashion heaven= Union Square
Unfortunately I had to limit my shopping, because I have a husbands who hates shopping with a passion...

We found this pizza shop that was SO good, we could have each eaten at least 5 more of these massive pieces.

Pier 39 was so fun to walk around, and this picture was for Brody who loves mac n cheese.

This is on our way to Alcatraz (I kept calling it Azkaban...yes from HP...there same thing anyway right?)

On our bay cruise around the golden gate bridge.

All in all we had a great time, it was a much needed getaway. Would I ever go to San Fran again...nope. It's a pretty dirty place. Yes there was a parade and yes there were naked men. yuck. The food wasn't as great as I was hoping. China town- disgusting. haha. But honestly, Lance and I had a great time laughing our heads off at everything.

And it's a...

I know you all want to know so bad! And I was so excited when I found out! This baby is SO cute. It wasn't super active, which the tech was happy about. But it kept putting it's little hands together and crossing it's fingers. And it's little nose and mouth were so cute. I was so worried I wouldn't get to see but we sure did! Are you getting annoyed yet? ok ok...
It's a...

BOY!!!
I know, I'm just as shocked as everyone else. Like I said this pregnancy has been completely different from Brody. But I'm not gonna lie, I really really wanted a boy. How often do you get what you want!?
Well, have a great day, because I sure am!

I'm Dying to Know...

This baby better be cooperative tomorrow because I'm SO SO anxious and excited to know! Don't get me wrong, I was excited to know what Brody was, but this time around I'm dying to know! From the beginning I've had a feeling this baby was a girl- not really because of "motherly instinct," but this pregnancy is SO different from Brod. I was sick way longer...16 weeks too long. But now I'm loving being pregnant, which is what I hoped for with Brody, but heck- I hated being pregnant with him...shoot he was a moose. I have two feelings, and come to find out Lance is feeling the same way. We both really want another boy, we always felt like we would have 2 boys first and then some girls. But having a girl would be SO much fun and different and exciting...and high maintenance...haha. And she would have a girl cousin...how fun would that be! Well, either way, boy or girl, It'll be way fun! Welp, come tomorrow at 9am, we will know...hopefully!

The Birthday Weekend!

Friday night we headed to the Buena Football game and had a good time until I started feeling really sick.

Brody sure did have a great time!

Sunday Morning we got up to open a couple presents that were for church!

In his new church outfit!

After church we took a nice relaxing nap and then headed over to Lance's parents. We ate a yummy dinner and then we sang happy birthday!

Starting on his nice big piece of chocolate cake!

Brody got some fun toys and is having so much fun playing with them!

Daddy got Brody a remote control car...talk about a gift that daddy loves too. Brody has figured out the remote now, but yesterday he thought it was a camera. haha.
Brody sure did have a great day! We love our big boy so much!
